There are so many gorgeous new perennials to choose from this Summer it is a bit hard to choose!
To tempt you, we've introduced some lovely new colours and fabulous flowering forms so dig up a new area if you need to or be prepared to give a colour lift to tired garden beds with some of our lovely new introductions!
The Miniature 'Punch Series' Coreopsis, Mango Punch, Strawberry Punch and Rum Punch are compact cuties in the most lovely shades of pink and red-orange. Smothered in the most attractive tiny flowers, they are very compact, so a treat at the front of the flower border
Another lovely series of three, the NEW Taffy Penstemons are more of the large flowering spectrum, with stunning, magnificent penstemon trumpets with striking white and pink throats on a strong and vigorous plant. Choose from Blueberry Taffy, Grape Taffy and Strawberry Taffy, or collect them all!
Geums are back too, with two stunning new releases, Geum 'Fireball' is fantastic! Free flowering in warm ruffled orange, on super deep green healthy foliage. The flowers as a comment are far more prolific and also much larger than older varieties. Geum 'Eos' is a foliage Geum as well as producing a deep red orange flower, it goes a striking neon lime in full shade conditions.
Another personal favourite to look out for is Leucanthemum 'Paladin'. This is a twist on the Shasta Daisy, with multiple massive, double ruffled white flowers on compact green foliage.
No excuses to under-dress your garden this spring so go on and add some Garden BLING!!!
